Product Review:Tonight we tried out the Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix by Arrowhead Mills. This is another fast and easy to make cookie mix. We are having the neighborhood kids over and thought it would be a great quick snack that all the kids could enjoy. The mix has chocolate chips in it already and only requires an egg and two tablespoons of butter! This is significantly less butter than other mixes require. The prep time is only five minutes and the cook time is roughly 8-10 minutes. I would highly recommend this to families that are gluten free with children.
