I made some standard chocolate cupcakes for Beezus's Holiday Class Party today. I used a premix Pamela's Chocolate Cake and Betty Crocker Gluten Free Frosting. Entirely gluten free. I used standard milk chocolate M&Ms for the eyes and nose. I used gluten free pretzels for the antlers and marshmallows for the white in the eyes.
I got the idea from the Martha Stewart Website. It looks waaaay better there, but it was fun and I think the kids will think they are neat. Then again, there is one little girl I know who will give it to me straight. If I can get these past her, then I am golden.
